Ingredients:

 

No wheat/gluten, milk/dairy, egg, tree nut, peanut, soy, sesame, fish, or shellfish ingredients

 

  • Certified gluten-free all-purpose flour (brown rice flour, rice flour, glutinous (rice flour), tapioca starch, whole grain sorghum flour, corn starch, potato starch, xanthum gum) OR Bob's Red Mill 1:1 gluten-free baking flour (sweet white rice flour, whole grain brown rice flour, potato starch, whole grain sorghum flour, tapioca flour, xanthan gum)
  • Gluten-free organic whole grain rolled oats (see note below)
  • Earth Balance gluten-free, soy-free vegan butter substitute (vegetable oil blend (RSPO palm oil, canola oil, olive oil), water, contains 2% or less of: salt, natural flavor, pea protein, sunflower lecithin, lactic acid, annatto extract for color)
  • Brown sugar
  • Vegan and certified gluten-free egg replacer (potato starch, tapioca flour, leavening (calcium lactate not dairy derived, calcium carbonate, cream of tartar), cellulose gum, modified cellulose) OR Bob's Red Mill egg replacer - potato starch, tapioca flour, baking soda, psyllium husk
  • Pure vanilla extract
  • Baking soda
  • Baking powder
  • Salt

 

Note: We use Nature's Path Organic Gluten-Free Old Fashioned Oats. The ingredient label reads: "Gluten free whole grain rolled oats*. *Organic". Per the company's website "All products that contain less than 20 parts per million in gluten are clearly labeled as ‘gluten free’ on our packaging".
