What allergens are missing from goodAF*baking ingredients?
All goodAF*baking ingredients are gluten-free, vegan and don't contain top 9 allergens including
wheat/gluten, milk/dairy, egg, tree nut, peanut, soy, sesame, fish, or shellfish.
We use natural ingredients and no dyes or preservatives.

Where are goodAF*baking products prepared?
goodAF*baking products are home-baked from scratch and prepared
using 100% dedicated allergen-free* bakeware and utensils.
There are none of the listed allergens*
in the product ingredients or present during preparation.
The kitchen is 100% free of gluten-containing flour.
*No wheat/gluten, milk/dairy, egg, tree nut, peanut, soy, sesame, fish, or shellfish

How big are the cookies?
goodAF*baking standard cookie is equivalent to 5 Oreo cookies.
1/4 pound cookie is equivalent to 10+ Oreo cookies depending on filling.
Sadly, our main ingredients are more expensive than traditional ones.
Gluten-free flour is about 5 times more expensive than wheat flour.
Vegan butter substitute is about 1.5 times more expensive than butter.
Allergen-free chocolate chips are about 3 times more expensive than Nestle brand.
Why is gluten-free and vegan so expensive?
Which products contain oats and what brand is used?
We use Nature's Path Organic Gluten-Free Old Fashioned Oats in our oatmeal cookies and to make oat milk
used in our cakes and cupcakes. There are cookie options that don't contain oats or oat milk.
The ingredient label reads:
"Gluten free whole grain rolled oats*. *Organic"
Per the company's website:
"All products that contain less than 20 parts per million in gluten are clearly labeled as ‘gluten free’ on our packaging"
When will my order be made and where will I pick it up?
Orders are custom made and typically ready for porch pickup within three days or less of the order date.
If you have a special event or large order please provide additional advanced notice to ensure it can be ready in time.
The specific date, time, and porch pickup address (in Middleton, Wisconsin) will be provided at the time of order.
There is a delivery option for cakes and events.
Do you have a minimum order requirement?
Cupcakes and cookies have a minimum order of 6.
There is no minimum order for sandwich cookies and cakes.
Do my items need refrigeration?
The products are shelf-stable and do not require refrigeration.
They should be stored at room temperature in an airtight container and enjoyed within two days to ensure freshness.
Cookies can also be refrigerated for 5 days or frozen for up to 3 months in an airtight container.
We do not recommend refrigerating or freezing cupcakes and cakes as the frosting can dry out.

Do you offer shipping?
We offer porch pickup in Middleton, Wisconsin but eventually plan to offer shipping to other areas.
