What allergens are excluded from goodAF*baking desserts?
We are a top-9 allergen-free and dedicated gluten-free bakery in Madison, Wisconsin
gluten-free and vegan
no wheat/gluten, milk/dairy, egg, tree nut, peanut, soy, or sesame
no dyes or preservatives

I'm planning my wedding and looking for desserts for
guests who have food allergies
No problem! We offer several types of cookies and cupcakes for weddings which are found in the
events section of the Order tab. The minimum order is just 6.
Where are goodAF*baking products prepared?
goodAF*baking products are home-baked from scratch and prepared
using 100% dedicated allergen-free* bakeware and utensils.
There are none of the listed allergens*
in the product ingredients or present during preparation.
The kitchen is 100% free of gluten-containing flour.
How big are the cookies?
A goodAF*baking cookie is equivalent to 5 Oreo cookies.
A 1/4 pound cookie is equivalent to 10+ Oreo cookies depending on filling.
Which products contain oats and what brand is used?
We use Nature's Path Organic Gluten-Free Old Fashioned Oats in our oatmeal cookies and to make oat milk
used in our cakes and cupcakes. There are cookie options that don't contain oats or oat milk.
The ingredient label reads:
"Gluten free whole grain rolled oats*. *Organic"
Per the company's website:
"All products that contain less than 20 parts per million in gluten are clearly labeled as ‘gluten free’ on our packaging"
When will my order be made and where will I pick it up?
Orders are custom made and typically ready for contactless pickup within three days or less of the order date.
If you have a special event or large order please provide additional advanced notice to ensure it can be ready in time.
The specific date, time, and address (in Middleton, Wisconsin) will be provided at the time of order.
There is a delivery option for events.
Do you have a minimum order requirement?
Cupcakes and cookies have a minimum order of 6.
There is no minimum order for sandwich cookies and cakes.
Do my items need refrigeration?
The products are shelf-stable and do not require refrigeration.
Cookies should be stored at room temperature in an airtight container and enjoyed within two days to
ensure freshness. They can also be frozen for up to 3 months in an airtight container.
Cakes and cupcakes should be stored at room temperature in an airtight container and
enjoyed within 5 days to ensure freshness.
We do not recommend refrigerating or freezing cupcakes and cakes as the frosting can dry out.
Do you sell wholesale?
Not yet, but hold tight - we're working on it!
Do you offer shipping?
We offer contactless pickup in Middleton, Wisconsin but eventually plan to offer shipping to other areas.
